How to use Text to speech

Paste text, pick a voice, set rate and pitch, and press Play. Pause or stop at any time. Voice lists come from the operating system, so they differ on macOS, Windows, and Android.

Browsers do not expose a standard export from speechSynthesis. Play it live instead.

Languages?

Any voice your OS installed. Install more in system settings.

Long articles?

Very long text may be chunked. Pause if the voice stops, then resume.
