Pages are copied, not re-rasterized, so vector text stays sharp.

Can I merge encrypted PDFs?

Only unlocked files. Remove security first in a trusted editor.

Is there a page cap?

Browser memory is the limit. Hundreds of light pages are fine; huge scanned books may need splitting first.

Are files uploaded?

No. pdf-lib runs in the browser.

Are my files or data uploaded to any servers?
