About Opus to MP3
Voice notes from WhatsApp and Telegram are usually Opus (.opus or .ogg). MP3 lets you play, edit, or transcribe them anywhere.
Opus is decoded and encoded as MP3. 128 kbps is plenty for speech.
The FFmpeg engine (about 31 MB) downloads the first time you convert and is then cached by your browser. Files up to about 100 MB are supported because everything runs in browser memory.
