About BMP to PDF
Old scanners and Windows tools often save BMP. Putting the scans into a PDF makes them easy to email, print, or submit in one file.
All files you add go into one PDF, one image per page, on A4, US Letter, or image-sized pages.
Metadata such as EXIF and GPS location is not copied, because the image is redrawn on a canvas.
